Sacramental Preparation
With the Universal Church,we at Holy Cross/IHM Church celebrate the seven sacraments which are: Baptism,Confirmation, Eucharist, Penance, Anointing of the Sick, Matrimony, & Holy Orders. The Catechism of the Catholic Church reminds us that:
The seven sacraments touch all the stages and all the important moments of Christian life: they give birth and increase, healing and mission to the Christian's life of faith. There is thus a certain resemblance between the stages of natural life and the stages of the spiritual life.

Welcome and thank you for your interest in learning about the faith development of our parish community. It is in serving the poor and the marginalized, in gathering to tell our stories, and in breaking bread together that our parish community finds meaning to Christ's mandate "Do this in memory of me." This understanding of sharing word and breaking bread gives life to our celebration of the Eucharist, to our evangelizing and catechetical activities, our sacramental programs, our missions and novenas, and to the many expressions of faith and culture that we call popular religiosity.
