First Time DACA applicants:

• Should have been born after June 15, 1981
• Should now be 15 years old or more
• Should be in school, or have graduated high school or have a GED
• Should have entered the US before age 16
• Should have entered the US before June 15, 2007
• Should have been in the US on June 15, 2012
