Este ya cercano Sábado 15 de junio a las 5:30 de la tarde, el Sr. Obispo Auxiliar Robert Casey estará presidiendo la “Misa de Instalación” de nuestro párroco, el Rev. José del Carmen Mendez.

De esta forma el padre Carmelo será reconocido oficialmente como el responsable de llevar las riendas de La Santa Cruz e Inmaculado Corazón de María, dentro del proceso de “Renueva mi Iglesia”, por el que pasa nuestra Arquidiócesis.

Toda la comunidad está cordialmente invitada a participar de esta importante celebración de nuestra familia parroquial.

Esperamos con ansía este día para juntos celebrar este relevante acontecimiento. Mientras tanto, encomendamos en las oraciones de la comunidad al padre Carmelo, para que Dios Padre le envíe su Santo Espíritu y lo llene de sabiduría y fortaleza, y a imagen del Cristo, Buen Pastor, nos guíe por caminos de santidad.

Installation of Father Carmelo as our parish pastor

This Saturday, June 15 at 5:30 in the afternoon, Auxiliary Bishop Robert Casey will be presiding over the “Installation Mass” of our parish pastor, Rev. José del Carmen Mendez.

In this way, Father Carmelo will be officially recognized as the pastor in charge of the Holy Cross and Immaculate Heart of Mary parish, within the process of “Renew my Church”, through which our Archdiocese passes.

The whole community is cordially invited to participate in this important celebration of our parish family.

We look forward to this day to celebrate this important event together. In the meantime, we commend Father Carmel in the prayers of the community, so that God the Father may send his Holy Spirit and fill him with wisdom and strength, and in the image of Christ, the Good Shepherd, he may guide us on paths of holiness.
